  3. Time for Time Interactive Clock
    Begin by clicking the Current Time button to see the clock open in a larger window showing the current time. From there use teacher instruction such as, "What time will it be one hour from now?" Teachers, notice the menu bar along the top of the homepage leading to more helpful items for teachers. Click Worksheets to go to the Master Worksheet Creator 2 which is featured in the October Teacher Feature on the Computer Lab homepage. Use it to create custom worksheets showing times of events each day in your class. Have students write in the event related to each particular time.

    Move the cursor over the map to see names of time zones. Click the map to see the time (military time) and other information for your area.

    U.S. time zone conversion chart. You can also learn about the sunrise and moon phases by clicking "Sun Rise/Set" in menu on left side of page. This site from the USNO, the country's official time keeper. Mrs. Cannon says use this site to check the time shown in your computer's system tray (bottom right of the screen).
